How long does shipping take?
We ship all orders within 48 hours via DHL. Delivery times are 1-3 business days within Germany and 3-7 business days within the EU.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Germany and the EU only.
Are all items secondhand?
Yes, we exclusively sell curated secondhand clothing and bags from established brands and designers.
What condition are the items in?
All items are carefully inspected by our team before listing. We only sell pieces in excellent, wearable condition. Many items are additionally verified by the Vinted verification hub.
Are different sizes available?
Each item is unique and available in the size listed. Once it's sold, it's gone.
Can I return items?
Yes, you have a 14-day return period. Items must be unworn with tags attached. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don't offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your order and place a new one.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods through Shopify, including credit cards, PayPal, and other secure options.
How often do you add new items?
We regularly update our selection with new pieces. Follow us on Instagram @studiobunte to stay updated.
Can I reserve an item?
Items cannot be reserved. All pieces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Do you sell in-store?
We operate online only. All purchases are made through studiobunte.com
