Refunds

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of
receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To receive a full refund:
- Notify us of your withdrawal within the 14-day period
  (info@studiobunte.com)
- Return the item within 14 days of your withdrawal notice

Please handle the item with care while deciding whether to keep it —
try it on the way you would in a physical store, but avoid wearing it
outside or otherwise using it beyond that. If the item shows signs of
use beyond what is necessary to check its fit and condition, we may
deduct a reasonable amount for the loss in value from your refund.
This is not a refusal of your right to withdraw — the withdrawal
itself remains valid regardless of the item's condition.

Returns made more than 14 days after you received the item, unless you notified us of your withdrawal within the 14-day period

Shipping costs

Original shipping costs are not refunded. In case of defective or damaged goods, we'll cover the return shipping costs and refund the full amount including shipping.

Processing time

After receiving and inspecting your return, we'll process the refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
