Refunds

Refund conditions

You'll receive a full refund of the purchase price if your return meets the following conditions:

• Items are unworn and match the condition upon delivery
• Tags are still attached
• Return is made within 14 days of receipt

No refund

We cannot issue a refund if items have been used or no longer match their original condition.

Shipping costs

Original shipping costs are not refunded. In case of defective or damaged goods, we'll cover the return shipping costs and refund the full amount including shipping.

Processing time

After receiving and inspecting your return, we'll process the refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
