Shipping

We ship all orders within 48 hours via DHL. You'll automatically receive a tracking number once your package is on its way.

Shipping costs

- Germany: €6.49 | free shipping over €100
- EU: €14.49
- United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, and other non-EU countries:
  €23.00–27.00 depending on destination and package weight, shown
  at checkout

Delivery time (from order placement): Germany 2–5 business days,
EU 4–9 business days, non-EU destinations 6–12 business days. This
includes our dispatch time of up to 48 hours plus the carrier's
transit time. Please note that shipments outside the EU may be
subject to customs duties or import taxes in the destination country,
which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your
order. To withdraw, simply notify us at info@studiobunte.com within
this period, then send the item back to us within 14 days of your
notice.

Please only try items on as you would in a shop, without wearing them
outside — if an item shows clear signs of use beyond this, we may
deduct a reasonable amount for the loss in value. Return shipping
costs are covered by the customer, except where the item is
defective or was sent incorrectly.
