These Terms of Service govern your use of studiobunte.com and any purchases made through our website.
1. General
By accessing and using our website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or make purchases.

2. Contract Formation
When you place an order, you are making a binding offer to purchase. We confirm receipt of your order via email. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email with shipping details.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are in EUR. Shipping costs are additional and displayed during checkout.
Payment is due immediately upon order placement. We accept payment via Shopify's secure payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and other options displayed at checkout.
4. Delivery and Shipping
We ship within Germany and the EU. Delivery times and shipping costs are outlined in our Shipping & Returns policy.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier (DHL). We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal:

- Return items unworn with tags attached
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
6. Warranty and Liability
All items are secondhand and sold as described. We carefully inspect each item before listing, but normal signs of wear consistent with secondhand goods do not constitute defects.
If an item is materially different from its description or defective, contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.
Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, except in cases of injury to life, body, or health, or breach of essential contractual obligations.
7. Product Availability
All items are unique and available in limited quantities. We cannot guarantee availability and reserve the right to cancel orders if items are no longer in stock.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on studiobunte.com, including images, text, logos, and design, is our property or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written consent.
9. Online Dispute Resolution (EU)
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
We are not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, but are willing to do so.
10. Applicable Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you also benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
